In the direction of Donetsk, warplanes of the Russian Yug Group of Forces attacked the deployment sites of three Ukrainian brigades, spokesman Vadim Astafyev told TASS.

“The Southern Combat Group’s fighter jets carried out strikes on the temporary deployment sites of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian army and a border guard detachment near the settlement of Dyleyevka, the 81st Motor Aviation Brigade near Seversk and the 110th Special Mechanized Brigade in Avdeyevka,” the spokesman said.

According to the spokesman, the Group's warplanes also attacked concentrations of Ukrainian manpower and equipment in Lisichansk, Soledar-Artyomovsk, Avdeyevka and Maryinka.

In addition, Mr. Astafyev said, the group's TOS-1A heavy flamethrower system targeted Ukrainian military gatherings near Avdeyevka.

A Ukrainian stronghold in Spornoye and a drone checkpoint in Pervomaiskoye were also attacked, the spokesman said.

Furthermore, three Ukrainian 120mm mortars in Avdeyevka, Petrovskoye and Pervomaiskoye were destroyed by counter-attack fire. According to Mr. Astafyev, six FPV suicide drones and three Mavic reconnaissance drones were also shot down by the Group.

In the direction of Krasny Liman, the Russian Tsentr Group of Forces reported that they attacked several units from the 63rd and 67th Mechanized Brigades of the Kiev forces located near the Torskoye area and in the Serebryanskoye forest.

Up to 15 Ukrainian artillery batteries were also detected and repelled by the overwhelming firepower of this group. The Tsentr group also launched artillery and rocket attacks on temporary deployment points of Ukrainian forces near Konstantinovka.

Meanwhile, south of Donetsk, Russia's Vostok Group of Forces said it repelled an attack by the 79th Mechanized Brigade (Ukraine) south of Novomikhailovka and three attacks by the 127th Territorial Defense Brigade northwest of Priyutnoye.

Artillery of the Group also neutralized the Nota electronic warfare station near Novomikhailovka. In addition, three mortars of the Kiev forces were destroyed by counter-battery fire, and TOS-1A heavy flamethrower systems wiped out the Kiev forces' troop concentrations near Novomikhailovka, north of Nikolskoye and in Urozhaynoye.

In addition, Russian media also shared videos recording recent attacks by Lancet drones targeting six artillery pieces of Kiev forces, including at least one US-made M777 self-propelled towed howitzer, one French-made CAESAR self-propelled howitzer, and one US-made M109 self-propelled howitzer.

Meanwhile, attacks on Russian territory continue. Two suicide drones were shot down by Russian air defenses over Bryansk on the morning of October 11, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. No casualties or material damage were reported.

The Ukrainian counteroffensive, which began more than four months ago, has yet to achieve any clear victory. Despite heavy losses in men and material, Kiev forces have yet to break through the Russian defenses in any direction.
