After listening to the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved this content and stated that, based on reality, the approval of the project list is very important for the economic development of the province in the coming period.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the drafting agency to absorb the opinions at the meeting to complete the draft no later than March 5 to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration before submitting to the Provincial Party Standing Committee. In particular, the drafting agency needs to prioritize the list of projects in the fields of logistics, renewable energy, high technology, and especially must add to the list of projects related to Lang Son Provincial Geopark.
At the meeting, delegates also focused on giving opinions on the draft Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee on the proposal to develop a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on supporting loan interest rates at credit institutions for bus investment projects, investing in building infrastructure for public passenger transport, supporting public passenger transport operating costs and supporting users of public passenger transport services by bus through fare exemption and reduction policies.
After discussing and listening to the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, concluding this content, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stated: Investment projects in bus vehicles, investment in building infrastructure to serve public passenger transport by bus in Lang Son province have not been supported with loan interest rates, there is no specific policy on exemption and reduction of ticket prices for passengers... Therefore, the development and promulgation of a resolution to support loan interest rates at credit institutions for investment projects in this business sector is necessary to improve the quality of public passenger transport by bus in the province.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to approve this content and requested the drafting agency to continue to give comments at the meeting to complete the draft. In particular, the title must be re-studied (shortened); specific regulations and criteria must be included for each case to receive loan interest rate support; clearly state the funding to implement the support policy;...
During the meeting, delegates also discussed and gave opinions on the draft Report of the Provincial Party Standing Committee summarizing 3 years of implementing Directive No. 13 dated April 5, 2022 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership in the prevention and combat of smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the province for the period 2022 - 2026; the draft Conclusion of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on continuing to implement Directive No. 13-CT/TU dated April 5, 2022 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Regarding this content, through the opinions at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the drafting agency to absorb and clarify the achieved results, shortcomings and limitations; especially highlighting the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, all levels and sectors in implementing Directive No. 13-CT/TU; regarding the direction and tasks in the coming time, it is necessary to clearly state new issues and emerging hot issues to propose specific solutions and implementation tasks.
He requested the drafting agency to complete it before March 5 to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration before submitting to the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
In addition to the above 3 contents, this meeting also gave opinions on 4 other important contents: the draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulation on coordination of state management in border economic zones, industrial parks, and border gates outside the border economic zone between the Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Economic Zone with departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and cities; the draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on a number of contents on market development and management in the province; the draft Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee and the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the level of awards and compensation for competitions, contests, performances, festivals, and festivals in the field of culture and arts in the province; the draft Proposal of the Provincial People's Committee and the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council stipulating policies to support artisans in the field of intangible cultural heritage and support for caretakers and protectors of relics in the province.
Regarding these contents, through the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee unanimously approved them and requested the drafting agencies to complete the draft and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee before March 5.
