On December 31, the Hue Branch of Phuong Trang Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company - FUTA Bus Lines announced that the inter-provincial bus route connecting Hue and Quang Tri had just been launched on December 29, aiming to serve the travel needs of local people and tourists in a convenient and safe manner.
The inter-provincial bus route connecting Hue and Quang Tri has just been inaugurated and put into operation by Phuong Trang Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company - FUTA Bus Lines.
Accordingly, for the inter-provincial bus route connecting Hue - Quang Tri, Phuong Trang is currently operating the new GAZelle B26 bus, with a capacity of 26 seats, meeting Euro 5 emission standards.
"This modern vehicle line with its striking orange-red color and advanced equipment will bring the most comfortable travel experience to all passengers," said a representative of Phuong Trang Passenger Transport Joint Stock Company - FUTA Bus Lines.
Previously, the Department of Transport of Thua Thien Hue province also decided to announce the opening of an inter-provincial passenger transport bus route connecting Hue and Quang Tri.
Accordingly, the inter-provincial bus route Hue - Quang Tri (route number 18) has a distance of 84km, starting at the Southern Bus Station of Hue City, ending at Gio Hai beach (on the coastal route from Cua Tung to Cua Viet) in Gio Linh district, Quang Tri province.
The bus operates on the route with a capacity of 18 seats and 8 standing seats. The route operates from 5am to 6pm daily.

Ticket prices include round-trip fares and single-trip fares for regular passengers, students, the elderly, people with revolutionary contributions, and people with disabilities.
Specifically, the regular passenger fare for the entire route is 60,000 VND/passenger/trip.
Ticket prices for regular passengers include: Under 10km, the ticket price is 10,000 VND; from 10km to under 30km is 20,000 VND, from 30km to under 50km is 35,000 VND, from 50km to under 70km is 50,000 VND, from 70km to the whole route the ticket price is 60,000 VND.
Similarly, for the elderly, people with revolutionary contributions, and people with disabilities, the fare for the entire route is 42,000 VND/passenger/trip; fare for the route includes: under 10km is 7,000 VND, from 10km to under 30km is 14,000 VND, from 30km to under 50km is 25,000 VND, from 50km to under 70km is 36,000 VND, from 70km to the entire route is 42,000 VND.
For students, the ticket price is 7,000 VND/passenger/trip, applicable for the entire route.
Free tickets for children under 6 years old, under 1.3m tall and people with severe disabilities.
Luggage under 10kg and dimensions not exceeding length-width-height (30x40x60)mm is exempt from the fee. For baggage exceeding the above-mentioned free-of-charge limit, each area of luggage occupying the same space as a passenger will be charged an additional fee equal to 1 corresponding passenger ticket.
Tickets are sold directly by staff on the bus through the automatic ticket selling method (PoS machine device) or through the Hue-S application.
All information about bus route operations (ticket prices, pick-up and drop-off locations, bus schedules...) are integrated into the FUTA App or via the Hue - S app.
