After a 2-1 victory in the first leg of the final last night at Viet Tri Stadium, Phu Tho, the Vietnamese team is dominating Thailand. However, with only a one-goal difference, the second leg of the final is still very unpredictable. Coach Kim Sang-sik and his players need to be highly focused and play with a "cool head" to be able to "overcome" the Thai strikers.
After arriving in Thailand, the Vietnamese team is expected to have a light training session this afternoon. On January 4, the team will practice getting acquainted with Rajamangala Stadium - the venue for the second leg of the final.
