Displaying 200 works expressing children's love for Da Nang

The program was organized by the City Youth Union, the City Pioneer Council of Da Nang in coordination with the Da Nang Children's Palace, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) , the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025), the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025), the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025) and to welcome the 5th Congress of Uncle Ho's Good Children of Da Nang City.

At the program, the children's painting exhibition with the theme "Da Nang in my heart" introduced and displayed 200 best paintings selected from 2,456 entries created by children, drawn on A3 white paper with colors of their choice such as: pencil, colored powder, crayons, oil paint, watercolor, colored markers.

The Organizing Committee assessed that the entries expressed children's affection for Da Nang city through images, architectural works, and events bearing the city's mark through different stages and periods; expressing children's dreams about Da Nang city in the future, thereby expressing the spirit of praising the Party, praising President Ho Chi Minh, and praising Da Nang city.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Nhan, Director of the Children's Palace, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Youth Union, said that the contest not only helps children express their creative talents, but also helps them understand more deeply about history and important events that have created a brilliant milestone in the development journey of Da Nang in particular and the country in general.

At the same time, this is also an opportunity for students to assert themselves in studying, training and in Team activities.

Within the framework of the program, the organizers also awarded prizes to children who were the owners of 75 excellent paintings participating in the contest.
