Teacher Ha is good at her job and compassionate.

Teacher Thuy Ha has a gentle voice, a gentle way of speaking and a straightforward personality. Ms. Ha said, "My passion is to discover new and creative things. In teaching, I always want to inspire new things, inspire creativity and exploration in students, help them develop their abilities, become dynamic, positive, creative and courageous people, suitable for the requirements of society in today's era."

Wishing to pass on the valuable knowledge and experience accumulated during her teaching career, she has written many City-level recognized Initiative topics and participated in the E-learning Lesson Plan Design competition.

Thanks to her initiatives and spirit of continuous learning and creativity, Ms. Thuy Ha has won many awards in the education sector such as: 5 consecutive years as "Excellent District Teacher", 5 consecutive years as a grassroots emulation fighter, many certificates of merit and certificates of merit from the district and school... In February 2023, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha was appointed as Vice Principal of Le Quy Don Primary School.

Keeping up with the pace of work, she is always a pioneer and exemplary in school activities, creating a spirit of solidarity and unanimity among the Board of Directors so that the school can always excellently complete all assigned tasks.

With constant efforts, in the 2024-2025 school year, Ms. Ha and the Board of Directors directed the teachers in the school to organize 3 district-level Excellent Teacher competitions, in which one lesson won First Prize at the District level and one lesson won First Prize at the City level.

Not only enthusiastic, dedicated and capable in her professional work, Ms. Ha is also always at the forefront of movements and charity activities organized by the school.

She shared, “Every drop of blood given - A life stays, voluntary blood donation is to share the difficulties of patients who need blood, I just hope my health is stable so that I can always have enough conditions to participate in blood donation, contributing more drops of blood to save people”.

Since 2014, she has joined the Warm Coat volunteer group. Every year, she contributes and calls on people to help students and people in mountainous areas with difficult circumstances. This school year, she also sponsored and supported student Pham Quynh Mai, class 3A5 of the school, who has especially difficult circumstances.

In August 2023, Phuc Loi ward had two students tragically drowned, both of their families were in very difficult circumstances. After receiving a call for support from the ward's Red Cross, she advised the school's principal to set up a fund to support the families of the two students. After just over a day, the school and parents raised more than 43 million VND along with incense offerings for the two students.

Putting aside her work at school, at home she is a responsible, resourceful wife and mother, always caring, nurturing, and devoted to her family. She has arranged and allocated time for her family and time for work reasonably and thoroughly so as not to affect her own work and the common work of the school.

Under her care and nurturing, for many years her family was honored as a "Cultural Family", with exemplary grandparents and parents, loyal children and filial grandchildren.
