Trinity Forum 2024 is attracting interest from many leading businesses in the global aviation and retail industries. This year's event is hosted by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) and the Inter-Pacific Group (IPPG).

A series of international businesses from brands such as L'Oréal, Qatar Airways, Mondelēz, Diageo, Nestlé, China Duty Free Group, Lagardère Travel Retail... discussed and invested in aviation and retail.

Invest heavily in tourism and aviation retail

Trinity Forum 2024 has more than 400 speakers and senior leaders, more than 80 businesses and organizations in the field of travel retail and airport commerce from more than 30 countries around the world.

According to businesses, this is a rare opportunity for Vietnam to introduce its potential in the tourism retail sector, receive perspectives and experiences from international partners in improving consumer experiences and expanding services at airports.

In the context of international tourism recovering strongly after the pandemic, the Trinity Forum 2024 event is expected to open up breakthroughs in the way of approaching and serving customers at the airport.

Representatives from major corporations such as IPP Group, Fraport and Vantage Airport Group will participate in discussions on sustainable development, improving customer experience, and optimizing commercial space.

These are key factors for businesses to develop in a globally competitive environment, while creating a comfortable and convenient experience for international customers when coming to Vietnam.

Notably, featured discussion sessions such as “Vision 2034” and “The Development of China’s Travel Retail Market” provided valuable information for businesses in the industry.

In particular, the second day of the forum will focus on the development of Vietnam's aviation and travel retail industries, with brands such as SASCO, Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat and IPP Travel Retail. Vietnamese businesses will share their success stories and development journeys, and discuss future cooperation opportunities.

The Trinity Forum event is not only an international playground but also a stepping stone to help Ho Chi Minh City raise its position on the international tourism and shopping map, according to Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen - Chairman of IPPG.

“King of luxury goods” Johnathan Hanh Nguyen shared that winning the right to host this prestigious event demonstrates his desire for Vietnam to become an attractive destination, welcoming investment opportunities and developing the retail and tourism industries.

According to him, this event will contribute to the sustainable economic development of the locality, create jobs and increase income for people.

Trinity Forum, organized by The Moodie Davitt Report, Airports Council International (ACI World) and Airports Council Asia-Pacific & Middle East (ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East).

Previous years were held in Singapore, Hong Kong, Qatar, Shanghai, Paris…
