The delegation also included representatives of political and social organizations and the provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
At each destination, the delegation sent their warm regards to the subjects being cared for at social protection facilities, and presented gifts including 5 million VND and 20 million VND in cash.
The total funding to support the above facilities is equivalent to 300 million VND, drawn from the provincial "For the Poor" Fund.
