Summary of the 9th Excellent Secondary School Teacher Competition

On March 18, the Department of Education and Training held the summary of the 9th provincial-level competition for excellent secondary school teachers, school year 2024 - 2025.

Competition scene

The contest was held from March 10 to 18, 2025, attracting 261 teachers working at secondary schools across the province. Teachers competed in 13 subjects including: Mathematics, Literature, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Geography, English, Technology, Civic Education, Physical Education, Music, Fine Arts and Information Technology. During this time, each teacher will perform two parts of the competition: Presenting a measure to improve the quality of teaching the subject and practicing a lesson.

The contest attracted 261 teachers working at secondary schools across the province.

The contest is not only an opportunity to honor outstanding teachers but also creates conditions for them to exchange and learn experiences in teaching, organizing classes, using effective teaching aids and innovating pedagogical methods.

The Department of Education and Training recognized 255 teachers as excellent teachers at the provincial level and awarded certificates of merit to 26 teachers with outstanding achievements.

As a result, all participating teachers met the requirements of the method test, with the highest score being 19.5/20. For the practical test, 255/261 teachers achieved excellent results with the highest score of 24/24. In recognition of the efforts and results of the teachers, the Ha Giang Department of Education and Training recognized 255 teachers as excellent teachers at the provincial level. At the same time, 26 teachers with outstanding achievements were awarded Certificates of Merit for their outstanding contributions to the competition.
