General rehearsal of the program to celebrate the 135th anniversary of the founding of Thai Binh province

On the morning of March 20, at the Provincial Labor Culture House, a rehearsal program was held to celebrate the 135th anniversary of the founding of Thai Binh province (March 21, 1890 - March 21, 2025) and the opening ceremony of the Thai Binh province culture, sports and tourism festival on March 21. Attending the event were comrade Pham Van Nghiem, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The 135th anniversary of Thai Binh province and the opening of the provincial cultural, sports and tourism festival are particularly important political events, organized solemnly, practically, effectively and economically. The program aims to honor the historical traditions and thousands of years of cultural identity of Thai Binh, while affirming the outstanding achievements in the process of building, developing and protecting the Fatherland of the Party Committee, government and people of the province. The event also contributes to arousing the pride, patriotism and will to rise of the people of Thai Binh.

The art program at the celebration, themed “Aspiration to Reach Out to the Sea”, included three chapters, with the participation of nearly 150 professional and non-professional actors from Thai Binh Cheo Theater, the Provincial College of Culture and Arts, and art troupes inside and outside the province.

At the rehearsal, delegates gave their opinions on the preparation work, from sound, lighting, stage, costumes to the arrangement of props in the art program.

In his speech, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the program's implementing unit, and requested to continue to complete the overall stage in a solemn and balanced manner. He emphasized the need to add more outstanding images of the province's achievements in socio-economic development, national defense and security, ensuring the logic and liveliness between the commentary and the projected images.

In addition, he also noted the need to carefully prepare costumes, ensure environmental hygiene in the celebration area and ensure absolute safety of the electrical system. The organizing committee needs to review the entire program, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, contribute to encouraging and motivating people to compete in labor, production, and successfully achieve the socio-economic development goals of the province.
