The Supreme Court also confirmed provisional results announced on Wednesday based on votes from 100% of polling stations.

Mr Faye won more than 54% of the vote in last Sunday's delayed presidential election, while the ruling coalition's candidate Amadou Ba took just 35%.
This is the first time an opposition candidate has won in the first round of Senegal's presidential election since the country gained independence in 1960.
Mr Faye campaigned on a promise to fight corruption and put the country’s economic interests first, which is especially important to young voters in a country where more than 60% of people are under 25 and struggling to find work.
Mr Faye has also pledged to devote more state resources to helping young people. He is expected to be sworn in as the successor to outgoing President Macky Sall on April 2.
Mr Faye, who is backed by prominent opposition leader Ousmane Sonko, has vowed to improve Senegal's control over natural resources and revive the country's economy.
Mr Faye was charged with a number of crimes in April last year. Sonko and Faye were both jailed the following July. Both men were only released on March 14 after months in prison, under a political amnesty.
