The process of restructuring the apparatus always pays attention to the regime and policies for the redundant staff, civil servants, public employees, and workers; the arrangement and assignment of staff after streamlining the apparatus ensures transparency, impartiality, and compliance with principles.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee - the agency assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to advise those affected by the streamlining of the apparatus - has focused on synthesizing and reviewing each specific case.

At the same time, localities and units according to their functions and authority also review and evaluate the overall staff before and after the rearrangement to have specific plans, suitable for practice with the motto of streamlining the apparatus, ensuring unity, synchronization and drasticness but resolutely not allowing the situation of "brain drain".

At the same time, the Party Committee of the Bloc continues to inform, propagate, and mobilize civil servants, public employees, and workers to create unity in awareness and action in the process of innovation, reorganizing the apparatus to ensure streamlining, efficient, effective, and efficient operations .
