With about 200 fermenting barrels, each harvest can collect 2,000-2,500 liters of fish sauce, the selling price depending on the type of fish sauce is 80-100 thousand VND/liter. To keep up with the fish season and regularly stir hundreds of fermenting barrels, Lien's fish sauce production facility, in addition to her family's labor, also hires local workers.
