During his working program in Hoa Binh province to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway, on the afternoon of September 29, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the implementation of the movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025" in the province.

Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long said that in response to the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025" launched by the Prime Minister, Hoa Binh province has developed a project to eliminate 3,200 temporary and dilapidated houses, striving to build 2,200 houses this year, so that by the end of 2025, Hoa Binh will complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the entire province.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited a number of families with new houses from the movement; especially the family of Mr. Xa Van Vong, Tay ethnic group in Son Phu hamlet, Cao Son commune, Da Bac district, Hoa Binh province - the family that the Prime Minister visited, encouraged, and participated in starting the construction of a house right after launching the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025" on April 13, 2024.

Next, the Prime Minister visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Dong - Ms. Xa Thi Nga in Doi village, Hien Luong commune, Da Bac district, a near-poor household that received 50 million VND in support. With the family's efforts and the help of neighbors, the family has a new house.

Happy to witness the happy life of Mr. Xa Van Vong's family, Nguyen Van Dong, as well as many other families in the new house built from the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025", the Prime Minister highly appreciated Hoa Binh for doing what it said, bringing happiness and prosperity to the people.

The Prime Minister requested Party committees, Party organizations and local authorities to focus on leadership and direction to spread the spirit of "those who have merit contribute their merit, those who have property contribute their property, those who have little contribute little, those who have much contribute much", effectively manage resources to complete the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households; at the same time, synchronously deploy solutions to support people to have jobs, jobs and livelihoods, not only to escape poverty but also to have a more prosperous and fulfilling life.
