At the conference, the Government Party Committee announced the Politburo's decision to appoint members, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Government Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2020-2025 term.

The Government Party Committee discussed the situation of directing the preparation for party congresses at all levels towards the first Government Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, including reviewing the preparation for the congresses of Party Committees directly under the Government Party Committee, and planning to establish sub-committees to serve the Government Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; reviewing the propaganda plan for the Government Party Congress.

The Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee also assessed the implementation of work according to the working program of Inspection Delegation 1910 of the Politburo and the Secretariat; discussed the development of the inspection and supervision program of the Government Party Committee in 2025; the consolidation of agencies assisting the Government Party Committee and a number of other important issues.

Giving specific opinions on the contents, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated the preparation work and the dedicated, responsible, and quality opinions of the members of the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee.

Regarding the establishment of sub-committees to serve the Government Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Prime Minister noted that the sub-committees must ensure appropriate structure, composition, and personnel, linked to professional functions and tasks, ensuring in-depth understanding to best contribute and perform the sub-committee's tasks; establish standing units and working groups to assist the sub-committees.

The Secretary of the Government Party Committee requested that the establishment and assignment of tasks to the working group to direct the congresses of Party Committees directly under the Government Party Committee must be consistent with the tasks of responsibility for professional direction of the Party Committee and Government leaders towards Party Committees, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and agencies under the Government.

Regarding the propaganda, inspection and supervision work of the Government Party Committee, the Prime Minister requested that it is necessary to closely follow and concretize the Party's policies and guidelines, but with a focus on the functions, tasks and powers of the Government and the Government Party Committee, especially the current priorities and focuses on direction and management. These include perfecting institutions, decentralizing power, reviewing and cutting administrative procedures, promoting growth, disbursing public investment capital, developing social housing, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, implementing key transport projects, etc.

The Prime Minister requested the agencies assisting the Government Party Committee to continue to complete documents, draft programs and plans for the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to consider; urgently continue to improve the organization and working regulations of the agencies assisting the Government Party Committee according to the direction of the Central Committee and the regulations of the Party and the Politburo.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the Party Committee, the Government and the whole country continue to carry out many important tasks at the same time, such as continuing to reorganize the political system; promoting growth; drafting documents and preparing for party congresses at all levels; celebrating major national holidays, etc.

Therefore, the Standing Committee members and agencies assisting the Government Party Committee continue to be proactive, promote the spirit of self-awareness, self-reliance, and self-strengthening, and carry out the tasks assigned by the Party, the State, and the people.
