Organize a number of activities during the peak month "For the poor" (from before October 17, 2023 to November 18, 2023) to create resources to help poor and near-poor households, people in especially difficult circumstances, and people affected by epidemics and natural disasters.
The contents focus on increasing propaganda in the mass media about the contributions of businesses, collectives, individuals and examples of poor people rising out of poverty from October 2022 to October 2023.
Coordinate with press and media agencies to produce reports on fundraising campaigns to support the poor and broadcast them on mass media during the peak month "For the Poor" from October 17 to November 18, 2023.
Propagating the content, meaning, results of the movement to support the poor in the past time; the purpose and meaning of the movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind" and the peak month "For the poor" in 2023 to raise awareness for cadres, civil servants, public employees, officers and soldiers in the armed forces, workers, philanthropists, and people of all walks of life about supporting the "For the poor" Fund.
Organize evaluation and review of activities for the poor and the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind"; have a form of recognition and honor for the practical support and assistance of businesses, agencies, organizations, and individuals for the poor, poor households, and poor communities through supporting the "For the Poor" Fund; propagate typical collective and individual examples, good practices of localities, and families that have risen out of poverty to the masses for learning and replication.
Organize to mobilize entrepreneurs, enterprises, collectives, agencies, units, individuals... to contribute to the "For the Poor" Fund, in which: for the provincial level, organize to mobilize support for the "For the Poor" Fund to have more resources to care for and support the poor (from October 2023 to November 18, 2023); for the district and commune levels, organize to mobilize support for the "For the Poor" Fund to have more resources to care for the poor in accordance with the actual situation in the locality (from October 2023 to November 18, 2023).
Organize activities to visit and give gifts; start construction and hand over solidarity houses from support sources (relief funds, sources supported by the Ministry of Public Security and other sources...); support livelihood models, support production development; support health insurance cards... for the poor, poor households, near-poor households, and households in especially difficult circumstances.
Coordinate to guide the review and make a list of poor and near-poor households to ensure accuracy; classify poor households according to their support needs (housing, production development, medical examination and treatment...) to develop appropriate support plans.
