According to the survey results, the highest New Year's bonus in Da Nang is 223 million VND and the highest Lunar New Year bonus is 700 million VND.

On December 17, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Da Nang, said that he had received reports from 135 enterprises on salary results in 2024.

At the same time, there is a plan to reward the Lunar New Year 2025 and the Year of the Snake.

Regarding salaries in 2024, foreign-invested enterprises will pay the highest salary of more than 369.4 million VND/month and the lowest of 4.3 million VND/month.

Regarding the 2025 Tet bonus, single-member LLCs with 100% state capital will have the highest 2025 Lunar New Year bonus of 35 million VND and the lowest of 300,000 VND.

The highest bonus for this group is 46 million VND, the lowest is 2 million VND.

For joint stock enterprises with State capital, the highest 2025 Lunar New Year bonus is 17 million VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND.

The highest Tet bonus for this group is 220 million VND, the lowest is 1 million VND.

For private enterprises, the highest 2025 Lunar New Year bonus is 1.5 million VND, the lowest is 100,000 VND; the highest At Ty Lunar New Year bonus is 700 million VND, the lowest is 200,000 VND.

Foreign-invested enterprises will give the highest bonus for the 2025 Lunar New Year of 223 million VND and the lowest bonus for the 2025 Lunar New Year of 100,000 VND; the highest bonus for the 2025 Lunar New Year of At Ty is 475.5 million VND and the lowest is 100,000 VND.

Thus, the highest New Year bonus according to the survey in Da Nang is 223.1 million VND in the foreign-invested enterprise sector.

The highest Lunar New Year bonus is 700 million VND in the private enterprise sector.

The highest Tet bonus in 2024 in Da Nang is over 1 billion VND

Compared to the 2024 Tet bonus, the 2025 Tet bonus survey in Da Nang is more comprehensive, with more businesses reporting than last year.

However, the highest Tet bonus this year is lower than last year.

The highest 2024 Lunar New Year bonus belongs to foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), the highest is more than 157 million VND, and the highest 2024 Lunar New Year bonus belongs to private enterprises with more than 1 billion VND/person.
