According to the Da Nang Statistics Office, in the first two months of 2025, revenue from accommodation and catering services in the area is estimated at nearly VND4,800 billion, accounting for nearly 20% of total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue, up 21.5% over the same period last year. Of which, accommodation revenue in the two months is estimated at nearly VND1,850 billion, up more than 33%; food service revenue is estimated at more than VND2,900 billion, up 15% over the same period.

The number of overnight guests in the first 2 months of 2025 is estimated at more than 1.3 million, an increase of 31%; of which international overnight guests are estimated at 830 thousand, an increase of more than 49% over the same period in 2024. The average number of overnight guests in the first 2 months of 2025 is 1.82 days/visit, of which international guests are 1.92 days/visit; domestic guests are 1.67 days/visit (same period in 2024: 1.77 days/visit for general guests; 1.85 days/visit for international guests and 1.67 days/visit for domestic guests).

“This shows that Da Nang tourism is becoming more and more attractive to international tourists,” the Da Nang Statistics Office reported on the socio-economic situation in the first two months of 2025. At the same time, the report also said that from the beginning of 2025, the MICE tourism market in the Han River City continued to maintain its vitality.
