On the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024), on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, I would like to send my warmest regards and best wishes to all cadres, union members and youth of the Army.
In 2023, under the leadership and direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Politics and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; directly by the Party committees and commanders at all levels in the entire army; with the coordination and support of Party committees, authorities and people of localities; cadres, union members and youth of the Army have promoted the good nature and glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; solidarity, creative initiative, overcoming difficulties, successfully carrying out the tasks of training, combat readiness, education, training, building a regular system, discipline training, scientific research, production and business labor, participating in preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, epidemics, search and rescue, exchanges of young officers, international military sports, United Nations peacekeeping and other tasks that are practical, effective, have a wide influence, are recognized and highly appreciated by the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the Central Youth Union; making an important contribution to the cause of building and firmly defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam, further enhancing the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period, worthy of the praise of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense: Youth of the Army "Loyal, brave; pure heart, bright mind; proactive, creative; united, disciplined; proactive, determined to win".
