(Bqp.vn) - On the afternoon of January 10, in Hanoi, the Party Committee of the Office of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army held a ceremony to award the 40-year Party membership badge to General Nguyen Tan Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense.
