This year, the highest cutoff score for female students in the North for the Party Building and State Administration major at the People's Police Academy of Politics was 25.52 points.
The admission score is the sum of the scores of the three subjects in the admission test combination for the Public Security Academy (accounting for 40%) and the score of the Ministry of Public Security 's entrance assessment test converted to a 30-point scale (accounting for 60%), plus regional priority points, priority points for specific groups according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and bonus points as stipulated by the Ministry of Public Security.
The Training Department notes that the scoring formula is as follows: Admission Score = (M1+M2+M3)*2/5 + Average Score of the Ministry of Public Security*3/5 + Bonus Points, where: Admission Score: Admission score; M1, M2, M3: Scores of the 3 subjects in the subject combination for admission to the Public Security Academy; Average Score of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test; Bonus Points: Bonus points.
A candidate's bonus points are determined by the sum of priority points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and bonus points stipulated by the Ministry of Public Security, using the following formula:
Priority Points = Priority Points + Priority Points for the Subject. Where Priority Points = Subject Area Points + Regional Points. (Priority Points are bonus points; Priority Points are priority points; Subject Area Points are priority points for the subject; Regional Points are bonus points).
In 2024, the Ministry of Public Security assigned a quota of 2,150 new students to regular undergraduate programs in the People's Public Security Force. The admission methods for the People's Public Security academies and schools in 2024 remain stable as in previous years, with three methods; method 3 includes the results of an assessment test organized by the Ministry of Public Security.
This year, police academies have been admitting students through direct admission and admission based on a combination of international foreign language certificates and high school transcripts (method 1 and method 2), with 127 candidates successfully admitted through these two methods.
