Kinhtedothi- On March 6, in Buon Ma Thuot City, the Organizing Committee of the Digital Content Creation Contest to promote the Coffee Festival on the Internet awarded 19 prizes to the winning works.
The competition was held from December 2024 to February 2025, attracting the participation of many authors and groups of authors with a total of 51 valid works.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province, Head of the Jury of the Digital Content Creation Contest to promote the Coffee Festival on the Internet environment, affirmed that the contest was organized methodically, seriously, closely, scientifically, attracting the attention of many organizations and individuals inside and outside the province.
Through the objective, impartial and independent judging process, the jury has selected outstanding works to award prizes. All 51 entries (valid) this time have created a diverse and rich picture in terms of images, content, sound and expression. Many authors and groups of authors have chosen a simple and easy-to-understand storytelling style, like the simplicity and boldness of the coffee tree stretching out to bloom and bear fruit on the red basalt soil. Some other authors and groups of authors have invested elaborately, spending a lot of time and effort to bring unique images and sounds, creating deep and impressive emotions for viewers.
Author Pham Phuong Uyen (Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province), won the Special Prize with the work "Coffee - The fulcrum of dreams", said: this contest is very useful and meaningful, helping her and other young people have the opportunity to express their creativity and love for coffee culture. Coming to the contest, she hopes to bring a different perspective, about diners when coming to Buon Ma Thuot, to admire the beauty and experience the unique cultural features as well as the hospitality of the people of this land. Most importantly, the endless inspiration from the coffee beans, the culture and the unique coffee tradition of the fertile Central Highlands, rich in national identity.
In addition, the work "Coffee Fragrance - Tay Nguyen Color" won the first prize by the jury; the second prize went to the works "Water of the Essence for the Great Forest Coffee" and "The Beautiful Journey of Coffee Beans" along with many third prizes for other works.
The entries not only create richness in images and content but also express the authors’ love and pride for Buon Ma Thuot coffee. This event aims to contribute to promoting the culture, history and special value of Buon Ma Thuot coffee to the community and domestic and foreign tourists.
