The highlight of the emulation movement is the movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Lao Cai province by 2025". With the highest determination, in 2024, more than 6,200 new houses were completed for poor households, policy beneficiaries and households whose houses were damaged by natural disasters. Currently, the goal of eliminating all temporary houses in the whole province has reached more than 74%. The movement took place enthusiastically and creatively, even in the most difficult areas, promoting the proactive and self-aware spirit of each citizen.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Chairman of Lung Vai Commune People's Committee, Muong Khuong District said: "Muong Khuong District People's Committee assigned Lung Vai Commune to remove 53 houses in 2024, but up to now, the commune has removed 146 houses, contributing greatly to improving the income and enjoyment of local people."

The typical emulation movements in 2024 continued to spread, when in the first days and months of 2025, movements were widely launched, creating the premise for a new year with many new victories.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Chuyen, Secretary of Van Ban District Party Committee, said: “The emulation movement has aroused the spirit of the people, including many typical examples of timely rewards and encouragement.
