Responding to the Writing Contest with the theme "Uncle Ho with Nam Dinh, Nam Dinh with Uncle Ho" launched by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Nam Dinh City Party Committee focused on leading and directing the implementation of many effective and drastic solutions and methods so that the Contest would achieve the highest results. The Contest had the participation and response of a large number of cadres, party members, civil servants, armed forces soldiers, religious dignitaries, foreigners, union members, association members, students and people from all walks of life. The entire City Party Committee had 78/78 grassroots Party organizations participating in the Contest, with a total of 100,023 entries. The oldest author was Mr. Hoang Trung Luong, 106 years old in Loc Hoa ward; the youngest author was Ngo Bao Han, 7 years old in Tran Nhan Tong Primary School; there was a Korean author; There are authors who have met Uncle Ho three times... The writing contest with the theme "Uncle Ho with Nam Dinh, Nam Dinh with Uncle Ho" responded by the City has been a great success, becoming a broad and meaningful political activity, contributing to the achievement of celebrating the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to the Party Committee and people of Nam Dinh province. At the closing ceremony of the contest organized by the province, Nam Dinh City Party Committee was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; the group of authors of the City Armed Forces won the Special Prize; the group of authors of Nam Dinh City Youth Union won the Second Prize; author Lee Ki Ill, Vina Ki Company Limited won the Third Prize; 12 authors and groups of authors won the Encouragement Prize. Along with the provincial award, on this occasion, Nam Dinh City Party Committee and the Organizing Committee of the contest decided to reward 100 entries of outstanding collectives and individuals.

Nguyen Tat Thanh Primary School was established under Decision No. 1747/QD-UBND dated February 18, 2022 of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh City. The school started construction on August 25, 2020, with a campus area of 5,777m2 in the Textile Urban Area, Tran Dang Ninh Ward, with a scale of 4 floors including 25 classrooms; 4 subject classrooms and functional rooms, a dining room, and a multi-purpose room. The school named after Uncle Ho was completed on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Nam Dinh and was decided by the City Party Committee as a project to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Nam Dinh. At the ceremony, Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and provincial leaders presented Nguyen Tat Thanh Primary School with a photo of Uncle Ho visiting Nam Dinh. At the same time, the ceremony of attaching the nameplate of Nguyen Tat Thanh Primary School was held - a project to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to the Party Committee and people of Nam Dinh province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Gia Tuc praised and acknowledged the results of the Nam Dinh City Party Committee in organizing a series of events to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Nam Dinh. In particular, the writing contest "Uncle Ho with Nam Dinh, Nam Dinh with Uncle Ho" was organized methodically by the city, the number of entries accounted for nearly 40% of the total number of entries in the province with many quality entries expressing the affection of all levels of cadres, party members and people of the city for beloved President Ho Chi Minh.
