Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Ha Long City Party Committee Vu Quyet Tien emphasized: Digital transformation has become an inevitable trend and this is also the most sustainable and shortest path for Vietnam to become a developed country with high income, towards a new era - the era of rising up, the era of development, the era of wealth and prosperity.
For Ha Long, digital transformation is the key to opening the door to the future. In order for “Digital Education for All” to become a nationwide, comprehensive, synchronous, widespread movement and achieve the set goals, Party committees and authorities from the city to the grassroots level need to consistently consider this a key and breakthrough task in the current period and the following years.
Accordingly, it is necessary to continue focusing on comprehensive, rapid, breakthrough and effective transformation on the three axes of "digital government", "digital economy", "digital society"; deploy, develop and perfect information systems; standardize and digitize the operating processes of state agencies in the digital environment; promote the development of the digital economy to create a foundation to promote development, create new growth values in the city's socio-economic sectors and fields and improve the quality of life for people with focus and key points.
