Hanoi awards ranking certificates to 17 historical relics

NDO - Hanoi City has just awarded certificates of recognition as city-level historical and cultural relics to 17 relics in the area. The awarding of the certificates right during the festival season has made local people extremely excited.

Authorized by the Hanoi People's Committee, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports has just held a conference to award certificates, decisions and ranking records (phase 1) to 17 relics.

According to Decision No. 1168/QD-UBND dated February 28, Hanoi People's Committee recognized 17 relics ranked at city level (phase 1).

In which, Hoang Mai district has 1 relic, Yen Duyen communal house (Yen So ward); Long Bien district has 2 relics: Gia Thuong communal house and Rung temple (both in Ngoc Thuy ward); My Duc district has the following relics: Cong So communal house and pagoda (Hong Son commune), Tong Trinh Tiet temple and Trinh Tiet pagoda (Dai Hung commune), Tho village pagoda (Hop Thanh commune), Phu Yen communal house (Huong Son commune), Le Xa communal house (Le Thanh commune); Hoai Duc district has the following ranked relics: Bao Thap pagoda (Tram Troi town), Ngoc Tan pagoda (Yen So commune), Duc Tien Chua temple (Dong La commune), Ha temple (Vai temple, Van Con commune), Que Duong communal house and Pho Am pagoda (Cat Que commune). During this period, Son Tay town has 2 recognized relics: Tay Vi communal house and pagoda (Thanh My commune).

These are all relics with long histories, cultural and artistic values, and are closely associated with local people.

After presenting the decision and certificate of recognition to the representatives of the localities, Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, Bach Lien Huong, commended the efforts of individuals, groups and authorities at all levels in the units with ranked relics for their contributions to the work of preserving local heritage. Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, Bach Lien Huong, emphasized the value of the relics and expressed her hope that localities would continue to preserve and invest in restoration to spread the values ​​to the younger generation.

In Decision No. 1168/QD-UBND dated February 28, the city assigned the People's Committees of the districts: Hoang Mai, Long Bien, My Duc, Hoai Duc, Son Tay to be responsible for publicizing the protected area of ​​the relic and organizing the preparation of boundary marker planting records and implementing boundary marker planting in the field according to their authority and current legal regulations; The People's Committees of the wards and communes: Yen So (Hoang Mai), Ngoc Thuy (Long Bien), Hong Son, Dai Hung, Hop Thanh, Huong Son, Le Thanh (My Duc), Tram Troi, Yen So, Dong La, Van Con, Cat Que (Hoai Duc), Thanh My (Son Tay) to establish the Relic Management Board and be responsible for protecting and promoting the value of relics in the area.
