According to Nguyen Van Thich, Head of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Thanh Oai District, the Catholic Solidarity Committee of the district has actively coordinated to propagate and mobilize Catholics in particular and the people of Thanh Oai District in general to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, the Law on Beliefs and Religions and Decree 162/2017/ND-CP dated December 30, 2017 of the Government, detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Beliefs and Religions; the Land Law, the Construction Law and mobilize Catholics to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, campaigns launched by the State and the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, associated with the movement to build "Advanced Parishes and Parishes"; organize Christmas celebrations associated with visiting and giving gifts to parishes, parishes, priests, monks, outstanding parishioners, poor parishioners in difficult circumstances, etc.
