On the morning of September 26, the Provincial People's Committee Office organized a training conference on administrative procedure control (AP) in 2024 for more than 100 delegates who are key civil servants performing the task of AP control.

Participating in this training conference are civil servants working at departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee; District People's Committee; Commune People's Committee and civil servants and public employees assigned to perform tasks related to administrative procedure control in Buon Ma Thuot city, Buon Ho town, Buon Don, Cu Kuin, Cu M'gar and Ea Sup districts.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Cao Nhu Khanh - Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office emphasized: Dak Lak province identifies administrative procedure reform as the top priority task on the basis of taking people and businesses as the center of service. Therefore, the province always actively implements administrative procedure control tasks, the control of administrative procedures is focused on both quantity and quality, thereby raising the awareness of the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and people in the province, contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the province. Therefore, after the training conference, it is recommended that the focal civil servants controlling administrative procedures must do a good job of propaganda to raise awareness for the team of cadres and civil servants at all levels, bringing administrative procedure control activities into life, reducing the burden and difficulties for people and businesses.

During the 2-day training, delegates will study the following topics: Overview of current administrative procedure control work; Administrative procedure control associated with digital transformation, promoting the implementation of the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; Instructions on updating and publicizing administrative procedure data on the National Database on Administrative Procedures; publicizing information, addresses for receiving and handling feedback and recommendations from individuals and organizations on administrative regulations; using QR codes in posting and publicizing information on administrative procedures; Instructions on using the warehouse, reusing electronic data of organizations and individuals on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Handling Information System...
In addition, the conference also provided time for delegates to exchange and discuss the existing problems, difficulties, obstacles and inadequacies in the work of controlling administrative procedures in the province; propose good solutions for reforming administrative procedures of units and localities...
