Currently, the complex in Gyeonggi-do is one of the outstanding projects in Korea with a harmonious combination of modern commercial facilities and community services, making this urban area develop comprehensively, intelligently and sustainably.
This place gathers many famous brands such as Lotte Premium Outlet, Ikea and many other world leading home furniture brands. In addition, there is the Living Power Center project which integrates high-end shopping and entertainment services such as exhibitions, cinemas, entertainment experience areas, food courts, etc.
Assessing the position and potential of Long An, STS Group proposed to build a typical high-tech, innovative complex modeled after “Pangyo Valley”, a famous technology park in Korea.
During the trip to Korea, the Long An delegation also worked with GS Energy Group, the unit implementing the Long An I and Long An II LNG Power Plant projects in the Long An International Port cluster (Can Giuoc district) with a total capital of more than 3 billion USD.

100% of equipment and accessories in the first phase are imported and exported through Long An International Port, estimated at 150,000 - 200,000 tons/year.
