Nguyen Ba Ngoc Primary School is required to propagate and encourage students not to drop out of school without permission, which affects their studies; and to propagate to parents to continue sending their children to school. At the dialogue, people requested to keep Nguyen Ba Ngoc Primary School so that students can go to school conveniently.
