Therefore, Mr. Ngai proposed that the class parent committee must coordinate, exchange, discuss, and consult with the homeroom teacher; the school parent committee also needs to work and exchange opinions with the principal, and cannot be arbitrary in organizing activities, purchasing, mobilizing sponsorship, calling for contributions... Mr. Ngai proposed that the Department of Education and Training, when organizing training for schools on the implementation of Circular 55 of the Ministry of Education and Training, also need to emphasize this point and need to periodically and suddenly inspect and check to see if the schools comply.
