Summary of 3 years of implementing Project 1371

From 2021 to now, the Party Committees of agencies, units and localities in the province have focused on leading, directing, organizing, implementing and developing plans, setting goals and tasks for implementing annual projects in conjunction with the work of disseminating and educating the law (PBGDPL), mediation at the grassroots level, building communes that meet legal access standards and other propaganda and PBGDPL projects, ensuring that they are close to reality and feasible. Member agencies and implementing units regularly coordinate closely, unify, innovate the content, form and implementation methods of PBGDPL activities in accordance with the characteristics and nature of the subjects. Attention has been paid to training, fostering professional skills, applying information technology, implementing digital transformation in PBGDPL work, and mobilizing people to comply with the law. Units also proactively build pilot models, organize experience sharing, replicate good, creative and effective practices in legal dissemination and education work and mobilize people to comply with the law at the grassroots level.

In order for Project 1371 to be implemented more effectively in the following years, the Provincial Steering Committee 1371 determined to continue to closely follow the direction of the Government, the Steering Committee 1371 of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 5; promote the role of the Steering Committee, the Project Support Team at all levels, the Coordination Council for Legal Dissemination, political and legal agencies and relevant agencies in advising Party committees at all levels to lead and direct the implementation of the project; focus on guiding, inspecting, correcting, drawing lessons, overcoming weaknesses, weaknesses and difficulties and obstacles at the grassroots level. Regularly improve, train and foster to improve the capacity and sense of responsibility of the team of reporters, propagandists and legal collaborators, meeting the requirements and tasks of legal dissemination and education work, mobilizing people to comply with the law. Closely following the actual situation, customs and practices of each locality and unit, determine the content and form of propaganda and legal dissemination appropriately; research, innovate and diversify propaganda forms; replicate effective and creative models and methods.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee 1371 awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to collectives with outstanding achievements over 3 years of implementing the project.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee 1371 awarded certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to 5 collectives and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Project "Promoting the role of the People's Army in participating in the dissemination and education of law, mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level for the period 2021-2027" in the province.
