In 2024, the Judicial sector of Tuyen Quang province closely followed the political tasks of the sector and the locality, actively and proactively overcame all difficulties, competed to effectively organize and implement 8 groups of tasks in 36/36 key tasks and 157/157 specific tasks in 24 areas of state management of judicial work in the locality, completed 173/173 tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, reaching 100%, of which 95/173 tasks were completed ahead of schedule and on time, reaching a rate of 54.9%, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring security and national defense in the locality.

The judicial agency has examined 124 proposals for drafting legal documents; appraised 107 proposals for drafting resolutions and draft legal documents; commented on 907 draft documents; self-inspected and inspected 184 legal documents under its authority, proposed to handle 02 documents with inappropriate content; reviewed 641 legal documents of the Central and the province, proposed to handle 86 documents with problematic or inappropriate content. Completed the systematization of legal documents for the 2019-2023 period in the province according to the schedule assigned by the province.

Mediation work at the grassroots level continues to be valued and implemented with attention, the effectiveness of mediation activities at the grassroots level continues to be maintained with a high rate of successful mediation of 2,297/2,672 cases, reaching 85.97%....

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong presented the Certificate of Merit of the Minister of Justice to the Department of Justice.

In his speech, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong acknowledged the efforts and achievements of the Judicial sector in the past year. He requested the Judicial sector to continue to enhance its role and responsibility in performing tasks in the judicial sector, especially in the appraisal of legal documents, dissemination of legal education and mediation at the grassroots level; promote the modernization of judicial administration, application of science and technology, and digital transformation.

Comrade Hoang Viet Phuong suggested that the collective leadership of the Department of Justice, the team of civil servants, public employees, and workers in the justice sector from the province to the grassroots level; legal officials of departments and branches need to make more efforts, overcome difficulties and shortcomings and limitations of 2024, focus on timely, comprehensive and effective implementation of tasks in 2025; closely follow the policies of the Party, the National Assembly, the Government, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee related to the functions and tasks of the justice department and branch to advise local Party committees and authorities to promptly, fully institutionalize and effectively implement judicial work...

On this occasion, the collective and 4 individuals of the Department of Justice were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Minister of Justice for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2024.
