(QBĐT) - In the spectrum of green, perhaps the green of the fields in January and February is the most beautiful. If you still doubt that, leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and wander through the countryside, where there are green mountains, blue water, corn fields along the river, and rice fields of only one green color, to peacefully enjoy the pristine beauty of the land and sky and find the familiar feelings of the old days...
In the spring, the foggy weather seems to add vitality to the grass and trees. In the dreamy color palette like a thin veil of fog, gradually appears the vast green space of the fields. From Dinh Muoi, across Trung Quan bridge…, the green color becomes even more radiant and pure by the cool spring sunlight.
Walking on the village roads, through the fields, admiring the beauty of the village surrounded by rice, corn, and potatoes like smooth green cloth spread at the foot of the majestic Truong Son mountain range in the distance, standing out is the majestic Than Dinh mountain. Towards Hac Hai lagoon, the land and sky open up with the blue color of water blending with the color of young rice, further highlighting the wind power field in the East above the ancient "Truong Sa range".
Choosing a viewpoint on the North-South highway, from National Highway 1 heading west, you will see the majestic and poetic scenery of the land of “ Dau Mau as a pen, Hac Hai as an inkstone… ”. From this vast field, continue to the immense Le Thuy rice field to the horizon to see the persuasiveness of the saying “ First Dong Nai, second two districts ” that our ancestors passed down. This land can be called the land of green, because the alluvium of the Kien Giang River carries heavy from the mountains, passing through the villages to enrich the fields of the two districts with fertile, lush soil.
Anyone who has traveled on the Ho Chi Minh trail from the Viet Trung Farm to the Northwest of Quang Binh will see the rolling green of the mountains and forests leading us to the World Natural Heritage Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. From Xuan Son Bridge, looking far away, you can see the endless green scenery of the graceful Son River as if originating from the sunlight, softly curving beside the majestic limestone mountains, to love even more the magical beauty of the mountains and rivers of the " kingdom of caves" .
On Highway 12A from Ba Don to Tuyen-Minh District, there are endless green corn fields swaying in the wind, in harmony with layers of limestone mountains hidden in the clouds, reflecting on the Gianh River. Standing on Minh Cam Bridge, looking at the enchanting landscape painting, I see my homeland is so beautiful.
Come to the “World’s Best Tourist Village” honored by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in 2023. Tan Hoa tourist village in the middle of the valley is surrounded by a mountain wall. Here, each brown tiled roof house is immersed in green gardens of corn and vegetables. Herds of buffaloes are absorbed in the green grass, flocks of white storks flutter around as if in arrangement... To see a harmonious vitality between people and nature in the place known as the “flood center”. Experiencing indigenous culture, tourism and participating in green agricultural production activities of the people have created a unique feature that attracts tourists to this place.
I wonder why the green color is so bright everywhere in the cool weather and the sweet scent of xoan flowers. Is it the rivers and streams that nature has bestowed upon our homeland that are the source of the everlasting green color? Thousands of underground streams and rivers originate from the peaks, weave through rapids, waterfalls, and villages, and flow down to the plains, creating fertile alluvial grounds that nurture life.
Our homeland and country shine with an endless, pure green everywhere. Although there will be changes in the journey of development, the green color - the color of hope - will continue to shine with dedication, like rivers that never stop flowing forever.
