Long Bien District will have 4 more social housing projects after 2025

On the afternoon of March 25, on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025), Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Bien District Nguyen Manh Ha had a dialogue with young people in the district.

Notably, regarding social housing development, Long Bien district leaders said that currently, there are 10 social housing projects in the area that have been completed and put into use with 4,038 apartments. In addition, 4 social housing projects have been approved by the city for investment and are being prepared for implementation with 8,934 apartments, 712,429m2 of floor space.

After 2025, in the district, there will continue to be a number of social housing projects expected to be implemented such as: Social housing area in planning block C.6/NO12, Giang Bien ward; Social housing area in land block NO-XH2 in the urban area supporting Sai Dong B industrial park, Thach Ban ward; Social housing construction investment project in land block CT in planning block CT1 under the project to invest in building technical infrastructure of the land for auction of land use rights in Long Bien ward; Social housing construction investment project in planning block C14/NO1, Phuc Dong ward.

Responding to questions related to digital transformation, the Chairman of Long Bien District People's Committee said that this is an important part of the district's 2025 working theme "Year of action for landscape, urban environment and digital transformation".

In the coming time, the district will continue to promote extensive propaganda work so that people know and understand more clearly the important role of online interaction methods in the digital environment, with the goal of creating a smart, effective, transparent and accessible digital environment; research and propose support solutions, promptly reward and encourage community digital transformation teams, core forces to participate in propaganda, mobilization, and guidance for people to install and use digital applications...
