Bring some cases and incidents with signs of waste to the Steering Committee for monitoring

The Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption, waste and negativity agreed to put a number of cases and incidents with signs of waste under the Steering Committee's monitoring and direction, including the Hoi Xuan Hydropower Project (Thanh Hoa).

On March 25, in Hanoi, the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity held a meeting to discuss and give opinions on the results of implementing the Conclusions of General Secretary To Lam since the 27th Session of the Steering Committee up to now.

At this meeting, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee agreed to put a number of cases and incidents with signs of waste under the Steering Committee's monitoring and direction, including: The case of "Violating regulations on management and use of State assets causing loss and waste" related to violations at the Project of the Operation and Trade Center Building, Vietnam Cement Corporation (VCEM); Hoi Xuan Hydropower Project, Thanh Hoa Province; Project to build the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Sub-project 2 (Lim-Pha Lai), belonging to the Yen Vien-Pha Lai-Ha Long-Cai Lan railway project./.
