Quang Nam continues to promote the implementation of Project 06

In 2025, Quang Nam province will focus on implementing Project 06 with the goal of promoting digital transformation, improving the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement and socio-economic development.

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors and localities to thoroughly understand the important role of Project 06; make efforts to complete tasks that are still slow, ensuring implementation according to the principle of "clear people, clear work, clear time, clear results, clear responsibilities".

Quang Nam will promote data digitization, connect specialized databases with the National Population Database, restructure processes to cut down on procedures and reduce inconvenience for people and businesses. Ensure 100% of businesses can perform administrative procedures in the electronic environment.

Promote cashless payments in essential sectors, focus on training IT human resources, data security on digital platforms. All leaders, officials, and civil servants at all levels must process work documents online and use digital signatures.

Continue to focus on providing 100% of essential online public services, using authentication from the National Population Database to reduce and simplify procedures.

Promote the application of electronic chips on citizen identification cards in the fields of finance and banking; integrate utilities on the VNeID application such as e-wallet, cashless payment, securities, etc.

Strive for 100% of eligible citizens to be granted ID cards and electronic identification to authenticate essential information on VNeID, replacing documents in some transactions.

Connect and share data between the National Population Database and other government databases such as education, businesses, taxes, etc. Integrate information and analyze population situations to serve socio-economic policy planning.
