The remaining area of about 2.8 hectares of unused land and 19 hectares of water surface are managed by the People's Committee of Hoa Thang Commune. This is an important decision, serving as a basis for all levels and functional sectors to protect and promote the value of Bau Trang landscape.

Management and usage plan
In order to effectively preserve and promote the value of the invaluable tourism resources of Bau Trang landscape, the province has built a very detailed and specific plan for planning, managing and using the Bau Trang area. The most prominent feature that contributes to enhancing the value of Bau Trang landscape is the ruins of Thien YA Na temple of the Cham people built in the 18th century associated with many sacred stories about Bau Ong and Bau Ba, as well as the process of exploring and creating life on this land. Therefore, in the long term, it is necessary to have a plan to restore the temple to serve the spiritual and religious needs of local people and tourists. Strengthen propaganda and promotion to attract the active participation of businesses and local communities in managing, protecting and promoting the value of Bau Trang landscape. Focus on propaganda and mobilization work for households in the area around the lake shore not to arbitrarily encroach and level the area to build houses and produce in these areas.
Based on the characteristics and specific ecological environment of Bau Trang landscape, the province plans to propose to arrange it into 3 main functional zones. Bau Trang water surface area organizes the exploitation of eco-tourism services such as: Rowing, cruising on the lake, fishing. Pay attention to using means friendly to the natural environment, limit the use of engines, ensure adequate protective equipment and rescue staff. Sand hill area (Virgin hill): Arrange personnel for management, do not organize barriers, do not build any architectural works, do not plant trees or make major impacts such as digging, digging, leveling. Clearly define each area on the sand hill such as: Sand sliding area; sightseeing area, taking pictures, creating art. The area is used for sports activities such as ATV riding, hot air ballooning, kite flying... Activities such as ostrich riding, horse riding, and car picnics are not allowed in the main area of the sand dunes (only allowed at the foot of the sand dunes) to minimize environmental pollution and negative impacts on the landscape.
In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to propaganda and education for people to be aware and responsible to join hands in protecting the beautiful natural masterpiece that nature has bestowed on this land. Diversify promotional activities, promote the value, meaning and unique beauty of Bau Trang landscape on the media...
