This morning (July 3), at the 13th Conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, term XI (2019-2024), delegates unanimously agreed to elect Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, as Chairman of the Committee.

Previously, on June 22, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc was appointed by the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to participate and concurrently hold the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2019-2024 term, replacing Ms. Tran Kim Yen, who was transferred to hold the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc was born in 1970, hometown Vinh Binh Bac commune, Vinh Thuan district, Kien Giang province, has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Political Science.

Mr. Loc has held several positions such as Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Organization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee... and is currently Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

Ms. Tran Kim Yen is the Head of the Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
