The Market Management Department of Dak Lak province has just discovered a business that illegally sells more than 6 tons of various types of cosmetics. The unit is completing the documents to handle according to the provisions of the law.
On the afternoon of February 19, the Market Management Department of Dak Lak province said that this unit is verifying and clarifying to handle a business owner who illegally sold more than 35,000 products of unknown origin worth more than 800 million VND.
Previously, on February 17, a working group of the Market Management Department of Dak Lak province conducted a surprise inspection of a business location in Cu Ebur commune, Buon Ma Thuot city.
At the time of inspection, the working group discovered that the above business location was owned by Ms. T., operating as a business household but not registered as prescribed.
This business is selling more than 35,000 cosmetic products of all kinds (more than 6 tons), mainly skin creams, lipsticks, powders, sunscreens, teeth whitening creams, shampoos, essential oils, perfumes...
The business owner could not present documents or invoices proving the origin of the above goods. At the time of inspection, the infringing goods were listed with a total value of more than 800 million VND.
The working group has drawn up a record of administrative violations, a record of temporary detention and a record of sealing the exhibits for handling according to the provisions of law.
