The Government Party Committee directed the urgent completion of a general review of public assets of agencies, units and localities nationwide to have a plan for management, arrangement and use after the reorganization and streamlining of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels, ensuring efficiency, right purpose, avoiding loss, waste, corruption and negativity.
