27 years of persistent pursuit of human development strategy

At ofi Vietnam, the commitment to creating an inclusive, diverse and equitable working environment is not only reflected in policies but also realized through practical action strategies. The company has been implementing a human resource strategy that puts people at the center, promoting an equal and empowering working environment for all employees, especially female employees.

Notable programs include the Workplace Breastfeeding Support Program (ofi Care), which helps female employees with young children of breastfeeding age to work with peace of mind while still ensuring family care, participate in breastfeeding training with scientific knowledge shared by experts - and the "Support for Education Development" scholarship (ofi YES!) to help female employees' children have better learning conditions, creating positive changes for them. Thanks to these efforts, female employees at the company are maximally supported in working conditions, enhancing their commitment to the company.

Not only focusing on the business framework, ofi Vietnam also proactively creates positive impacts on the community, especially the group of female-led farmers - who play an important role in the agricultural supply chain but often face many difficulties in the process of cultivating and improving the quality of agricultural output.

More than 3,790 female-led farming households in the Nuts, Spices and Coffee sectors have received support from ofi Vietnam through training programs on sustainable farming techniques, improving productivity and income. During the period from 2022 - 2023, the company donated 73,600 cashew and coffee seedlings, helping to increase output and reduce the impact of climate change on Vietnam's agriculture sector.

At the same time, ofi Vietnam also focuses on education by sponsoring more than 1.6 billion VND in tuition fees for more than 450 students in the period of 2022 - 2023, opening up more learning opportunities for the younger generation.
