Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the Ha Tinh City Party Committee has developed 7 more Party organizations and 48 Party members in non-state enterprises. In May 2022, the Party Cell of Giang Nam Petroleum Company Limited Branch in Ha Tinh was established. This is the first private enterprise Party Cell ever established by the Party Executive Committee of Thach Trung Commune.
After more than 1 year of establishment, the Party cell has continuously promoted its role as a political nucleus, leading and propagating, mobilizing members in the enterprise to well implement the Party's policies and guidelines, the Party's Charter, the State's laws and policies, and local regulations and rules. In particular, the Party cell has done a good job in developing Party members and is currently completing documents to propose admitting 3 more Party members.

Paying attention to the work of developing the Party in enterprises, since the beginning of the term, the Party Committee of Ha Huy Tap Ward has established a subordinate Party cell and developed 11 Party members. Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ha Huy Tap Ward Pham Van Duc shared: “There are nearly 80 enterprises in the area but they are small-scale, so the work of developing the Party is very difficult. In early 2020, the Party Cell of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Ha Tinh Branch (ACB Bank) was transferred to operate under the Ha Tinh City Party Committee. After nearly 3 years of operation, with the dedication and responsibility of the Party Cell Secretary and Party members, the Party Cell has developed 3 Party members, bringing the total number of Party members to 15. Currently, the Party Cell is completing the dossier to propose admitting 5 Party members; sending 5 outstanding people to participate in the Party awareness training class. The team of dynamic and creative cadres and Party members has become the core force, pioneering in emulation movements and building strong agencies and units. Of the total 15 Party members, 8 Party members hold leadership positions.

It is known that Ha Tinh city currently has 1,425 operating enterprises, of which 21 enterprises have party organizations under the city Party Committee, 8 party cells under the commune and ward party committees. Implementing the Resolution of the 21st City Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term on the target of developing party members, in recent years, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has regularly paid attention to leading and directing the work of developing party members in all types of grassroots party organizations. As a result, from the beginning of the term up to now, the City Party Committee has established 7 party organizations in enterprises, admitted 48 new party members from the party committees and party cells of non-state enterprises, bringing the total number of party organizations to 29 and the total number of party members to 373 comrades.
In recent times, grassroots party organizations in local enterprises have basically promoted their roles and responsibilities, improved their leadership and direction capacity in implementing political tasks and Party building work, and actively contributed to the overall development of the city.
In the coming time, the Ha Tinh City Party Committee will continue to focus on leading, directing, and creating conditions for party organizations and unions in enterprises to innovate their content and methods of operation; encourage business owners and employees to participate in emulation movements, actively participate in activities, strive to become party members; improve production and business efficiency.
