This afternoon, February 13, the Party Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. On February 11, 2025, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises issued Decision No. 2396 to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Party Committee on the basis of merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Party Cell and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Party Cell with 38 party members. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Party Committee is a party organization directly under the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, officially coming into operation from February 12, 2025.
The Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission for the 2020-2025 term consists of 9 members; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consists of 3 members; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Ho Dai Nam holds the position of Party Committee Secretary; Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Mai Xuan Tam holds the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretary.
In her speech assigning tasks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises Do Thi Ly requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to continue promoting the tradition of the two previous grassroots Party cells, quickly stabilize the organization, build solidarity and unity within the Party Committee and seriously implement the contents of the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Secretary at the conference announcing the decision to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department on February 3, 2025.
In the immediate future, focus on building working regulations and assigning tasks to Party Committee members to ensure compliance with Regulation No. 138 dated December 1, 2023 of the Party Central Committee on functions, tasks, and working relationships of Party Committees, grassroots Party cells of agencies, and Party regulations. Continue to lead and direct coordination with the leaders of the board to arrange and assign staff and civil servants of specialized departments to ensure compliance with regulations and to perform well assigned political tasks. Establish Party cells directly under the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Mai Xuan Tam affirmed that the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission always upholds and complies with the Party's principles, ensures discipline and order to build a clean and strong Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and at the same time promotes the spirit of solidarity and unity, creating consensus in all decisions and actions of the Party Committee.
Along with that, innovate the content, methods of leadership and party activities, consolidate and improve the quality of party organizations, build a strong team of party members with political mettle, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
