Best places to live, work and thrive honored at Asia Property Awards

More than 130 leading investors and design firms gathered at the final night of the Propertyguru Asia Property Awards 2024 held in Bangkok (Thailand).

Competing with many strong international competitors at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2024, investors from Vietnam have won 4 prestigious awards. Of which, Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company was honored as the Best Community Developer (Asia).

Gamuda Land won two titles for Eaton Park while Ecopark won for its Eco Village Saigon River project. In addition, Dong Thanh International Investment Joint Stock Company (OSI Holdings) also made it to the final round of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2024 with its Oriental Square project.
