West of Hanoi, where Keangnam building is the second tallest in Vietnam. Here, large-scale real estate projects, especially urban areas, have dramatically changed the appearance of the area and the capital.

When talking about mega projects, Quang Ninh is a must-mention. Notable among them are three interconnected expressway projects, nearly 170km long, with a total investment of over VND38,000 billion, stretching from Bach Dang Bridge to Mong Cai (Ha Long - Hai Phong, Ha Long - Van Don and Van Don - Mong Cai).

Quang Ninh urban landscape stands out thanks to the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair, Exhibition and Culture Palace located on the shore of Ha Long Bay (on Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long City).
