Accordingly, in the clip recorded by a local resident, at 6:24 a.m. the same day, a group of about 12 people were cycling on National Highway 13, heading from Thu Dau Mot City to Thuan An.

At the Tan Lap intersection, connecting Thich Quang Duc Street and National Highway 13 (Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province), instead of stopping to wait for the red light, this group brazenly crossed, surprising many people.

In addition to running red lights, this group also drove in the wrong lane, encroaching on the car lane, even though there were many vehicles moving at that time.

Speaking to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of the Traffic Police Department of Binh Duong Province Police said that the unit is verifying the incident.
