Total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue in March 2024 reached VND 15,417 billion, up 16% over the same period. Accumulated in 3 months, total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue reached VND 46,546 billion, up 6.9% over the same period, equal to 24.8% of the annual plan. In particular, the group of goods and services in the structure of calculating total retail sales of goods and consumer revenue all had higher growth rates than the same period last year. Some industries and goods increased sharply such as food and foodstuffs increased by 24.7%; household appliances, tools and equipment increased by 10.9%, gasoline and oil of all kinds increased by 10.5%... The supply of goods is abundant, the market price is basically stable. The commercial infrastructure system has been invested and expanded, creating favorable conditions to promote the growth of trade and services.
At The City Thanh Hoa Supermarket system, people's shopping needs since the Lunar New Year have focused mainly on essential goods. The supermarket is continuing to promote promotional programs, opening more mobile sales points, selling outside supermarkets in convenient areas for people and industrial park workers on their way home from work or promoting online sales, free shipping for all orders within a distance of 5km or less.
