At the same time, it is proposed to supplement a number of policies and legalize them into articles in the draft such as enhancing the application of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in product traceability management; quality management for key products and national strategies.

Contributing opinions to the draft Law, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested that it is necessary to clearly define the responsibilities of ministries, branches and agencies in managing product quality based on technical standards, ensuring the rights of all parties, and not overlapping with specialized laws such as the Law on Food Safety, Law on Digital Technology Industry, etc.
The National Assembly Chairman noted that the Government should pay attention to the classification, management and quality control of domestic products and goods and goods exported to Vietnam from foreign countries.
Especially to prevent some countries from using Vietnamese goods labels to bring them to other countries for consumption, and smuggling Vietnamese goods to export to other countries...
