Ninh Binh Province Social Policy Bank announces specific labor recruitment as follows:
1. Recruitment target and quantity: 2 technical workers.
2. Conditions and standards
a) General conditions
- Have Vietnamese nationality and legally reside in Vietnam.
- Not over 30 years old (at the time of application submission).
- Have an application form, have a clear background confirmed by the local authorities where you have registered your permanent residence or where you are working.
- Be healthy enough to undertake the job.
- Not falling into one of the following cases: Having lost civil act capacity, not being able to control one's actions or having limited civil act capacity; having a criminal record or being under criminal prosecution, serving a prison sentence, non-custodial reform, probation, being subject to educational measures at the commune, ward, or town level or being sent to a medical or educational facility; being fired or being subject to disciplinary action at other units or organizations.
b) About level:
+ Have a university degree from: Banking Academy, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City or have a university degree majoring in Finance - Banking, Accounting, Auditing from other universities.
+ Have an English certificate from level 2 of the Vietnamese foreign language proficiency framework (according to Circular 01/2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014) or equivalent or higher and basic information technology application informatics (according to Circular 03/2014/TT-BGDDT) or equivalent or higher (Except for cases with a professional graduation certificate with output standards in foreign languages or informatics as prescribed).
c) Height standards: Men 163cm or taller, Women 155cm or taller.
3. Application form
- Application form (handwritten) according to attached Form 01/TDLĐ.
- Self-written CV (with photo, stamp and confirmation from a competent authority within 06 months from the date of application submission).
- Copy of birth certificate, citizen identification card/ID card.
- Copies of diplomas, certificates and transcripts of academic results. In case of diplomas issued by foreign training institutions, they must be notarized and translated into Vietnamese. When submitting the application, please bring the original diplomas and certificates for comparison.
- Health certificate issued by a health authority at district level or higher (no more than 06 months from the date of application submission).
- Other certificates related to labor relations such as: Decision on recruitment, appointment, termination of employment or certificate of time and work process that the candidate has previously done... (if any).
- 02 4x6 photos taken within the last 06 months (clearly write full name, date of birth) and 02 envelopes (with stamps and full information about the recipient's full name, address, and phone number).
4. Form, content, time and location of the exam
- Candidates must go through 2 rounds: Interview and written test. In which, the written test for candidates taking the professional test includes: Written test on Banking Credit and Banking Accounting trained at the University.
- Time and place of the exam: The Social Policy Bank will announce later.
5. Deadline and location for submitting application:
- Time for receiving application documents: During office hours from August 21, 2023 to August 25, 2023.
- Location for receiving documents: At the Administrative - Organizational Department of the Social Policy Bank branch in Ninh Binh province.
